Registration Policy and Procedure
 
In late January, registration forms will be sent home with currently enrolled students with a specific date set aside for registration. At that time, a non-refundable registration fee per child will be due. Please note that registration is not complete without the non-refundable registration fee.  Registration forms will be numbered in the order they are received. This number is used to determine the priority of class placement.


 
Class placement will be determined by age, room size and ratios at the discretion of the director. Should the class become full; a waiting list will be started. Priority registration is given to students who are currently enrolled, siblings of currently enrolled students, and church members.
  

Wait List

 
When classes fill, your child may be placed on our wait list until an appropriate placement is available or until we are informed that you are no longer interested in the program. When you are contacted about an available space you will need to respond within two business days or forfeit the space to the next child on the wait list. There is a $30.00 non-refundable fee to be placed on the waitlist. This fee will not be applied towards the registration or tuition fee. The registration fee is required as a deposit upon enrollment.  A place on the wait list does not guarantee placement in a class.
